Refund policy


Cancel policy: 

  • Order Cancellation Before Shipment
    You may cancel your order free of charge only if the order has not yet been shipped.
    If your order is still being processed and no tracking number has been generated, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
  • Once Tracking Number Is Generated
    If a tracking number has already been issued, the order is considered shipped and cannot be cancelled or modified, including changes to the shipping address.
    If you still wish to cancel the order at this stage, you will need to email us for the return instruction and return the item to our designated return center. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
    The product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return Policy:

  • 30-Day Return Policy: Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
  • After Activation: Once the product has been activated and connected, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged units.
  • Product Return Process:

    Step 1:     The customer must contact our support team (Email: support@unae.us) with your order number for a return authorization prior to sending any product back to Unee Return Center. 

    Step 2:     If your approved return passes our inspection, you can send the item to the address obtained from our support team. 

    For customers whose  product is defective or damaged on arrival, please send us a picture or video showing the issue. We will send you an email with a return label. Please use the return label to send out the product to the Unee Return Center

    For customers who would like to return the product without any quality reason, the customer needs to bear the return shipping. 
    Step 3:     Please send us a notification after you ship the item out and you need to provide a tracking number. Once we receive the item you sent and check the item is in good condition, we will exchange or give you a refund. This will be issued in 5-7 calendar days.
